Offers & Pitfalls in EEO ADR Processing

SPEAKERS: Victor Voloshin, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
The language and policies associated with the processing of EEO complaints are complex and precise. When should you “inquire” regarding interest versus “offering” ADR? How should ADR cases that are between 90 and 105 days be managed? How do Responsible Management Officials and Settlement Officials differently impact case processing?

In this session, Victor Voloshin, Chief Mediation Officer at the EEOC, answers those and many other questions. He explores the current language and policies associated with EEO ADR, and how they should be applied. Tyler’s Dale Bird is also present to clarify how these factors should be accounted for in ICOMPLAINTS and ETK EEO.
