The event opened with a warm welcome breakfast, setting the tone for connection and collaboration. Keynote speaker Elatia Abate challenged us to embrace “Regenerative Resilience” in the face of disruption. Her message? Move through change not with caution, but with bold vision and confidence. It was a rallying cry to lead with purpose in today’s ever-evolving world.

Tyler Technologies’ CEO Lynn Moore delivered powerful insights during the Connected States Welcome, followed by a keynote from Dan Chuparkoff—a game-changer with experience at Google, McKinsey, and Atlassian. His take on preparing teams for an AI-driven future sparked thought-provoking discussions throughout the day.
