I have worked with Tyler Technologies' software for about 15 years. I have always found their ERP software to be a user-friendly platform. One of the best parts of the program is the reporting, as well as how easy it is to perform certain processes like account adjustments, billing, and assigning and processing packets ... the ability to chat with a representative when you need help is great. I would definitely recommend it.
