TIM provides staff with the tools to organize incidents and issues reported and develop a default task list for each type of issue. With Munis integration, request details can flow directly to Munis Code Enforcement and Utility Billing Service Orders. TIM also integrates with Tyler Click2Report, a free mobile app, and TIM Self Service, a web-based portal. These tools allow citizens to report incidents, view existing cases and upload photos.
