Danielle Alteri
Representing clients in FL, GA, MD, SC, and TX
I have been with Tyler for over five years. I joined as a Business Development Representative, working with districts with enrollments under 3,000 and I now work with clients across the country. I have worked in customer service roles for my entire career and love getting to know new people. When I'm not working, I am spending time with my husband, Mark, and our two sons in the Adirondack mountains of New York or at our vacation home in Florida.

Marc Awawdeh
Representing clients in all Canadian provinces
I come to Tyler's transportation team from our Public Safety division, where I was previously an account executive and solutions consultant covering states across the U.S. & Canada. I'm based out of Ontario, and when I'm not working, you can find me outdoors, watching the Raptors or travelling abroad.

Max Boucher
Representing clients in AL, AR, ID, MN, MT, NV, NM, OK, VA, VT, WI, WY
I began my career at Tyler in 2019, working on the Enterprise ERP support team. In April of 2021, I joined the Student Transportation team as a Business Development Representative. In December of 2021, I became an Account Representative for 12 states across the country. Working with school districts across the country has been a very rewarding experience, and I look forward to strengthening my relationships with my current and future clients. In my free time, you can find me on the golf course, riding my Harley, or hanging out with my wife, Marina, and black lab, Rudder!

I came to Tyler over 3 years ago as an Account Representative. Whether assisting districts in finding efficiencies or ensuring clients are informed about the latest and greatest in functionality, I work to create a lasting partnership with Tyler. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two kids, and our two dogs.

I came to Tyler with over eight years of experience in the pupil transportation industry, starting as a driver and spending my last seven years as the Routing and Technology Lead (and Tyler client) at Reynolds School District in Fairview, OR. I have been on the state and chapter boards for the Oregon Pupil Transportation Association and love to speak about my experience in the field.

I am from southern Maine, where I live with my fiancé and our golden retriever named Link. Between wedding planning, we also recently built our first home! I have been with Tyler Technologies for almost five years and on the Transportation Team for two years. I'm committed to building strong and lasting relationships with our clients.

Brady Green
Representing clients in CO, DE, LA, MO, MS, NC, NE, PA, TN, and UT
I joined Tyler Tech as an Implementation Consultant for our ERP Division before joining the student transportation group. I grew up in Portland, Maine, and moved back after graduating from Endicott College in 2019. In typical Mainer fashion, I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, and camping in my free time. I also come from a family of K-12 educators, and I couldn’t be more excited to be joining the industry.

Laura Janicki
Representing clients in NY
I began my career with Tyler Technologies in 2015, following a successful 13-year career as a paralegal. I became an Account Representative in 2018 and have since settled into solely representing my home state of New York, which has been nothing short of rewarding! I am an active member of the NYAPT state chapter, as well as my local Capital Area Chapter of NYAPT. When I am not working, I enjoy time with my family, specifically watching my children’s year-round sports – volleyball and baseball!

I have worked with the student transportation group at Tyler for eight years, and I am passionate about ensuring safe transportation for K-12 students. I live outside Albany, NY, with my husband and our dogs. I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with family and friends. My background is in public policy, and I used to work as a lobbyist for New York State.
