Exceptional Outreach Outagamie, Winnebago, & Calumet Counties, WI These counties brought together more than 700 veterans and their families for the Veteran and Family Symposium, the largest veteran event in Wisconsin's history. The event offered a wide range of engaging services, support resources, and inspiring speakers. The team leveraged Tyler's VetraSpec solution to provide on-site assistance to veterans for documentation processing, claim status checks, and general inquiries.

All-Star Community Advocate Eric Sanders, Muscatine County, Muscatine, IA By leveraging Tyler's VetraSpec software, Eric streamlined the claim processing and increased benefits payouts by more than 30%. His advocacy efforts extend beyond his county, playing an instrumental role in the passage of Iowa Senate File 2430, which benefits Vietnam War veterans. Eric's commitment to veteran support is also evident in his community engagement, public speaking, and successful advocacy for a combat-wounded Vietnam veteran's long-overdue Purple Heart.

Software Superstar Trevor Willemsen, Ellis County, Hays, KS Trevor oversees nine field offices and is a key driver in increasing benefits payouts for Kansas veterans. His exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with his mastery of Tyler’s Veterans’ Benefits software, enables him to efficiently manage complex tasks and provide invaluable support to his team. Trevor’s commitment to veterans extends beyond his daily duties, as he actively engages in outreach programs, advocates for incarcerated veterans, and collaborates with law enforcement organizations.

Innovative Community Support
Joshua Morrison, Izard County, Batesville, AR Joshua tirelessly assists veterans, both in and outside Arkansas, in navigating the VA disability claims process. He established a veterans’ breakfast club, fostering camaraderie and support among fellow veterans, and he spearheaded a community project to create a memorial in Batesville Park, honoring the sacrifices of veterans through seven different monuments. |
