Delivering implementations and other services virtually is not new to Tyler. For the last five years, 35% of our implementation services have been delivered remotely, with some projects delivered 100% virtually.
Starting your implementation journey virtually is easy. One way in which meetings are conducted is through Go-To-Meeting, which offers integrated cameras, desktop sharing, and chat functionality; the experience is just as effective as it would be in-person. In addition, these sessions can be recorded, giving you the opportunity to re-watch or share with other members of your team. Tyler also ensures that all materials related to your project are delivered via a secure site, allowing for a single source repository for information and documentation.
For classroom-style training, we leverage NetsupportSchool®, a best of breed K-12 virtual classroom solution that allows our instructors to monitor your staff and provide assistance as they work hands-on in the software. With integrated chat, daily rosters, and desktop sharing/monitoring, it's a great way to learn the Infinite Visions product.
Although in-person training is preferable, our consultant Jill has provided a good process for online training. We use Google Chrome to log into the training site and dial into the audio portion. She can see each user's screen and can help anyone having trouble. She has been very quick to determine what users' issues are and troubleshoot the problems. It has been a great experience for us even though our users are at different levels of experience with technology.
