The Public Safety Division will work with clients going through configuration, conversion/interfaces, training, and go-lives by providing remote delivery options. Project managers and project teams will communicate all activities and policies with clients.

Continued Education

With the cancellation of Connect 2020, the Public Safety Division will provide video training sessions on critical updates and use cases pertaining to solutions. This training will be emailed to clients.
