Self-Paced Opportunities

E-Learning
Asynchronous, online courses over a variety of software topics. Available during the start of implementation through 60 days post go-live and then continuing with a paid annual Tyler U subscription.

Live Opportunities

Instructor-Led Virtual Training/Consulting
Hands-on training or consulting, facilitated by an instructor, provided through a virtual learning tool at current hourly rates. Delivered to a single client using a training curriculum or custom agenda. Please contact [email protected] to purchase training days.

Virtual Learning Labs (VLLs)
Curriculum-based hands-on training, facilitated by an instructor, delivered through a virtual classroom to many clients at the same time. Offered year round at a reduced cost over instructor-led training and targeted towards new users, or existing users wanting to learn about more advanced functionality. Successfully completed courses record on the user’s Tyler U transcript and are eligible in most cases for CPE credit.

Separate charge of $300 per person/per day, invoiced after class is completed. ($150 per person for classes 3 hours or less.)

Key Stakeholder Training
Key Stakeholder Training is high-level training regarding a specific Tyler software product designed to provide new directors, executives, and/or managers an overview of the software’s reporting and functional capabilities. You will learn about the depth and breadth of your Tyler solution, security and reporting options, what lies ahead on the product roadmap for development, as well as best practices for continuing your education with the software and contacting our support team for assistance.

Typically facilitated virtually twice per year, there is no cost to clients for this one-day session.

User Groups
Instances where Tyler brings clients from within a product and geography together at a central location to:

• Communicate legislative changes and state-specific subject matter.
• Share best practices and learn how to use the system more efficiently.
• Provide important updates on product direction.
• Train/talk about product features.

Delivered virtually or onsite, clients pay travel expenses if delivered onsite.

Webinars
Conducted primarily to inform clients of new critical features. These are free and cover the most critical portions of new releases and updates.

Training Webinars
Conducted primarily by Support and Implementation. These training sessions are:

• Free
• Demonstration-only sessions
• Usually shorter than one hour in duration
• Typically designed to cover a feature or a periodic process
• Typically recorded and stored on Tyler Community for future access (self-paced)

Virtual Consulting Workshops
Small group, targeted workshops for experienced users that cover specific topics and typically run 2-3 hours in duration. Attendees will connect with an Infinite Visions consultant using GoToMeeting® or Microsoft Teams® and will share screens working in live production data, or a provisional database (copy of production). Attendees must complete a prerequisite to make sure sensitive data is masked prior to joining the session. Standard consulting rates apply for these sessions.
